Please note: for international orders that ship via USPS First Class Mail, USPS sometimes will not scan the package and when this happens there will be no updates on the shipping status. Please reach out to us if you have not received your package after 30 days.

Order processing time takes 2-4 working days. Made to order items take 7-14 working days. During sale/holiday periods, processing time will take longer. We thank you for your patience.

After your order has processed, it will ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. If you wish to ship via Express Mail, please email us before you submit your order. You will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Transit time depends on your location. USA takes 3-5 working days, International takes 7-30 working days.

Import tax and border charges Incurring import tax/border charges, can happen with international online purchase. These charges are determined by your destination, and the contents and value of the consignment. You may be required to pay these prior to receiving your order, or they may be charged to you at a later date. Charges of this nature are the responsibility of the receiver.

The End is not responsible, nor in control of transit delays once the item has shipped. Customs clearance and weather delays are the most common, and can affect the shipping time outlined above. If an order is undeliverable at destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, the order will return to sender or be abandoned at it's destination. And we are not responsible for the resending fee. 

 

 

Returns/exchange Policy

Your shopping experience is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you have received a defective item, please follow our policy:

  • Briefs, one-piece, bodysuit cannot be returned or exchanged due to the intimate nature of the product.

  • Sale items (including orders placed with discount codes)  are ALL FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Within 48 hours of receiving your item please notify us of your intent to return on hello@theendlingerie.com

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tags must be attached. 
  • No returns are available for made to order items or items purchased on sale, or at a discounted price—these sales are final.
  • Shipping and handling charges on your original order are not refundable.
  • If the exchange is for greater value, you will need to pay the difference. We will not issue a refund for items of lesser value.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We only accept garments purchased through theendlingerie.com
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not reach our standards.
